You take over the direction of our hut “Sattelei” and coordinate the daily process. You lead and support your hut team and ensure good cooperation. You welcome and serve our guests personally and create a warm atmosphere. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth service and high quality. You organize the daily workflows and are contact persons for employees and guests.

Complete training as a hotel expert, restaurant specialist or comparable experience in gastronomy. Multiannual professional experience in service or in a similar position; Experience in team leadership is beneficial. Joy in being a host and taking responsibility in a small team. Friendly, open appearance and security in dealing with different guest groups. A sense of responsibility, flexibility and an independent way of working.

Compensation by collective agreement. Individual professional and personal training in our Bareiss Academy. Regular feedback and development talks with personal career planning. Focus on day service from 9:00 to 18:00. Work on one of the most popular destinations in the region with direct contact with hikers, regular guests and holiday guests. Leadership of a small cabin team with close connection to the entire Bareissian team. Structured integration and personal support by experienced colleagues.
