Professional and disciplinary leadership of a project team with around 60 employees in the field of electrical engineering Responsibility for projects in the fields of building technology, pump technology and electrical engineering Contact person for contracting entities in terms of supply and contract issues Strategic development of the team as well as active support and implementation of change processes Economic management of the projects and cost-conscious and entrepreneurial action Promoting an open, motivating and performance-oriented team culture

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering or electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics, electricians or electro-installers) with further training as master or technician Multiannual professional experience in a comparable leadership position Knowledge of medium voltage Safe handling of the VOB and the applicable VDE standards Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Representative communication and leadership skills German knowledge of at least C1 level
