Company profile Our esteemed customer, a respected company based in the manufacturing industry in Ludwigsburg, is looking for a dedicated personnel expert (m/w/d). In a three-member team in the HR department you play a key role in personnel management.

Tasks

Care and management of employee data, including contract changes, salary bills and time recording.

• Cooperation with the HR team in the selection of candidates, interviews and onboarding processes.
• the creation of employment contracts and employment certificates and the guarantee of legal conformity. -Responsibility for employees in case of salary billing, holiday regulations and other personal issues. -Provide and manage personal files and relevant documents.

Requirements profile

Complete training or studies in the field of human resources, HR management or a comparable qualification. -Professional experience in personnel handling or in the HR field. -Funded knowledge in labour law and in dealing with HR software.
