Internal Corporate Communications Officer (m/f/d)

In your role as Consultant Interne Unternehmenskommunikation (m/w/d), you work independently and closely with your team. This means: Creation of targeted communication content (e.g. contributions, news, intranet, employee magazine, brochures) in close coordination with relevant stakeholders. Building a new intranet as a central information platform including coordination of the technical go-live and internal communication. Administration and continuous development of the intranet for the efficient use and management of the tools used. Ensuring the networking of the intranet with relevant systems and interfaces (e.g. management system, REXX, BI, ERP). Development of communication standards and templates for all communication channels taking into account Corporate & Employer Branding. Support in planning and implementing internal events such as Town Hall meetings, executive meetings and summer and Christmas festivals. Support of external corporate communication in coordination with SMA (e.g. homepage, social media) in compliance with data protection requirements. Supporting the employer branding together with HRM (e.g. career fairs, employee events, company videos) in compliance with the data protection regulations. Participation in employee surveys for internal communication and employer attractiveness. Support for the exchange with external partners on corporate communication, knowledge management and employee involvement. And the best: Your ideas are not only welcome - You are desired.

You have a completed training or a degree in marketing. Single internships and first professional experience complete your profile.
