Control and monitoring of building structures at construction sites Coordination of the execution of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary Check compliance with quality, time and cost specifications Coordination with contracting entities, planners and subcontractors Creation and testing of scales and bills Participation in the award of TGA technical services Implementation of construction meetings and documentation of progress Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards (e.g. VOB, HOAI)

Complete study in the field of supply technology, building technology or comparable qualification (e.g. technician:in) Experience in the construction management of technical building equipment desirable Knowledge of MS Office and tendering software such as California or ORCA AVA Confidence with relevant standards and guidelines in the TGA environment (DIN, VDI) Experience with project management methods in construction Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit MEP helpful German knowledge required at least level C1
