Responsibility for the acquisition of major strategic projects in the field of military logistics vehicles (Capture Management End-to-End) Leadership of cross-functional teams in the capture process Management of complex supply processes in close cooperation with sales, bid management, engineering, finance and legal Development and implementation of project-specific capture strategies with the aim of sustainable procurement Definition of Win Themes, Value Proposition and Difference Strategies Identification and control of commercial, technical and political risks in the context of supply processes Analysis of market, competition and customer requirements to derive strategic success factors Preparation and presentation of management decisions at top management level

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or comparable Multiannual experience in capture management, bid management or strategic distribution of complex systems, ideally in the defense industry Experience with structured capture methods, such as Shipley Process Funded knowledge of public procurement processes, ideally in the military environment, such as MoD, NATO or international tenders Experience in managing international consortia and partner structures Industry knowledge in the field of military vehicles, commercial vehicles or defence systems Embossed strategic and commercial understanding, including pricing, business cases and contract models Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German; Other languages advantageous High international readiness
