The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You develop sophisticated and scalable cloud native applications in the field of digital innovation through efficient, predictable and understandable code. You participate in the entire software development cycle (from conception to deployment) and take responsibility in the sense of YBIYRI (You Build It, You Run It). You are able to make our systems highly available and resilient. You design, prioritize and design requirements closely together with a Product Owner and shape long-lasting architectures with a wide view. You are part of an agile and international team and actively ensure the quality and compliance of our corporate standards (e.g. through code reviews).

You have a deep passion for technologies, clean code and innovative durable software architectures. You have very good, multi-year and practical knowledge in Go and optionally also in Vue.js and are safe to use databases (e.g. MongoDB, PostgreSQL). You have a very good understanding of service, container and cloud architectures, are safe in handling Kubernetes and understand the principles of cloud native applications. You know how to monitor the state of cloud applications and are able to maintain and optimize them by logging, tracing and metrics. You will certainly communicate in German and English to successfully introduce, discuss and advance your ideas and solutions in our team. JOBV1_EN
