Your tasks

• Care and support of existing customer relationships, including master data management and processing of enquiries and implementation of customer retention measures
• Advice and distribution of energy products and services in the tariff customer sector
• Support for sales promotions and events
• Comprehensive customer support by phone, email and personal contact
• Introduction and coordination of measures for customer financial stabilisation

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Multiannual professional experience in customer service, ideally with industry knowledge in the energy sector and in demand management
• Excellent customer orientation and well-founded sales experience in the field of energy products (e.g. electricity, gas, energy services)
• Secure handling of billing and ERP systems (ideally SIV KVASy) as well as very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
