Caretaker (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a homemaster (m/w/d) in full time in Saalfeld/Saale, also for direct staff placement.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance: small repairs and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Control: Check of plants and building areas for function and safety.
• Care: ensuring order and cleanliness in indoor and outdoor areas including seasonal work.
• Support: implementation of training courses as well as work on and off at events.
• Coordination: coordination and support of external craft enterprises.

They bring with them:

• Experience: Practical knowledge in the craft sector or in the building service.
• Professional knowledge: craftsmanship in handling repair and maintenance work.
• driving licence: possession of a valid driving licence of class B of advantage.
