Financial Accounting Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

The hospitals Buchholz and Winsen gGmbH provide over 60,000 patients a year and are among the largest employers in the region In order to strengthen our financial accounting, we are looking for support in debt management at the next possible time. The focus is on the consistent processing of open items, clarification cases and reminders – professional, structured and binding

ACTIVITIES: Full-time (38,5 hours/week), part-time (30 hours/week)

OP Management: Analyzing open positions, driving clarifications, controlling deadlines, documenting results Mahnwesen according to defined steps incl. Escalation and consistent tracking Communication with debitors: clear, fair, but determined (written & telephone) Coordination with internal departments: request missing information, complete processes cleanly Invoicing/Gutschriften incl. Plausibility assessment of the accounting bases Master data management, voting and participation in the annual accounts

Completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist, industrial businessman/wife) Experience in receivable management/OP/Mahnwesen or comparable (peace, persistence, escalation) Enforcement: You stay friendly, but leave nothing Team-oriented: internally pleasant, externally binding – “clear in the matter, fair in the tone” Safe in MS Office (in Excel); ideally ERP/booking software
