Senior Auditor for Quantitative Risk Management (m/f/d)

Our review team with more than 40 colleagues stands for independent and objective examination and consulting services with the aim of optimizing the existing processes and ensuring compliance with the legal framework. The variety of topics in the quantitative field is diverse and extend over the various models in risk management, actuariates and construction engineering. We cover both the bank-side (IRBA) and the insurance-side (Solvency II) requirements with a team of 6 colleagues with mathematical background. As Senior Auditor (m/w/d) in the Corporate Auditor, you are responsible for the key topics in quantitative risk management as well as in the academic field In quantitative risk management, you will examine and evaluate comprehensively the various risk models and procedures that are applied throughout the Group: from insurance to asset management to the Bausparkasse In the actuary area, you analyze and judge tariff calculations and tariff adjustments Together with the team, you identify potential risks and needs for action and are committed to making improvements You advise our areas of expertise in process optimization, develop innovative suggestions for improvement and thereby create significant added value for the company In addition, you will introduce your creative ideas to further develop our testing processes with innovative testing methods and data analyses and thus actively shape our processes

You have successfully completed your studies in mathematics, physics, business, or a similar subject – or bring comparable knowledge through practical experience You have already worked in the actuariate, risk management or revision and know the processes in the financial industry You are familiar with the legal requirements for insurance or credit institutions and can take these into account in your audits You work safely with data and systems and ideally have experience with tools such as SAS or VBA You recognize relationships, analyze complex facts structured and derive sound assessments and recommendations You actively engage in an interdisciplinary team, communicate clearly and work with different disciplines
