Caretaker activities in the building management team (d/m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employeein for Hausmeisterinnen Activities in the Team Building Management (d⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠w) (deleting group 7 TVöD) in fulltime (39 hours/week) or in parttime (min. 35 hours/week).

Their area of responsibility includes the holistic supervision of properties within the municipality of Uetze, in particular: Operation, operation and maintenance of the building equipment Control and acceptance of external services Maintenance of outdoor facilities, winter services and services for the benefit of the property Participation in the standby team against adequate remuneration Springer activity (official and disease representation in the master team)

You have a completed training as: plant mechanicin for sanitary, heating, air conditioning; gas, water heaterin; Central heating and ventilation owner*in the category B driving licence (old 3); (Input of own car for service use, against a cost of travel is required) Required is professional experience within the last five calendar years area of building maintenance The ability to self-organise and to work independently A friendly approach to the benefit and strong team skills Good knowledge of German and knowledge about PC and MS Office willingness to work outside the usual working hours (evening and weekend) if required
