Due to the continuous expansion of our offer, we are currently looking for a

Social pedagogue (m/w/d)

The job is done in parttime ab 30 hours/week or full time.

What you do with us:

• all-industrial care of participants throughout the training process
• Professional orientation also using appropriate aptitude diagnosis, development talks and further case management
• Accompanying and carrying out support training as well as individual method, behaviour and communication training, general learning advice
• development-promoting consulting and individual case assistance in cooperation with our training and psychologist teams
• Acquisition of companies and support of participants in the internship search and employment after reaching the educational goal
• Course documentation and preparation of interim and final reports
• Contact setup/maintenance with managers of cost providers
• further tasks can be added to qualification and performance

What you should bring:

• Higher education of social or rehabilitation education, education or social sciences, social work or similar educational qualifications, also with medical background
• as early as possible in work with rehabilitators and rehabilitators Jobseekers
• safe handling of people with mental, physical or social problems
• targeted and self-responsible operation
