Your tasks Identification and development of new export markets (e.g. Europe, Middle East, Asia) Building international sales structures from scratch (Distributors, Import Partner, Retail) Independent market entry strategies including pricing, positioning and go-to-market Negotiation and conclusion of distribution and key account contracts Analysis of market trends, competition and regulatory requirements in the food sector Control and further development of existing export markets with growth potential Close cooperation with management, marketing and product development Responsibility for sales, forecast and budget in the export sector Representation of the company at international trade fairs and with local partners

Multiannual experience in international sales / export, ideally in the food or FMCG sector Detectable successes in building new markets (“Hunter” mentality) Experience with distributor models and indirect sales channels Entrepreneurial thinking and hand-on mentality Safe occurrence in international negotiations Knowledge of food regulators (e.g. labelling, import requirements) of advantage Very good English skills, other languages plus High readiness and intercultural competence
