The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. For the medical-technological school for laboratory analysis, we are looking for a full-time teacher for the Department of Haematology with 39 hours per week or part-time (Tandem). Planning and structured preparation of practical and theoretical teaching units in digitally supported presence teaching Implementation and reflection of teaching based on competence and evidence-based teaching and learning formats Review of learning progress and further development of future-oriented learning concepts Accompanying and consulting trainees in their professional and personal development Support for vocational training Cooperation in the development of training concepts and internal curricula Constructive and collaborative cooperation in the team with medical teachers Takeover of organisational tasks in school operations

A completed training as a medical technologist for laboratory analysis and at least three years of practical work experience An initial or ideally dispensed pedagogical higher education (e.g. medical education, etc.) at least on a Bachelor's level or the willingness to acquire such a vocational training course A high level of expertise, methods and social skills and a routined approach to digital media Experience in the field of hematology is desirable.
