As a team member of our Corporate/M&A practice in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Mannheim or Freiburg, you are advising our clients in all questions about corporate purchases and sales as well as restructuring. You can do a variety of tasks: Advising national and international M&A processes on buy- and sell-side, as well as company law support for national and international restructuring Conceptual consultation of German and foreign companies and financial investors:in all matters of corporate, contractual and economic law Coordination of international projects as well as financing and financing in the VC sector Negotiation and draft of complex contracts Assessment of opportunities and risks of a project and solution of diverse questions together with the team
