Making the future active: You play a key role in the political and strategic objectives of the KV North Rhine-Westphalia by piloting new, innovative utilities and thus aligning our health system to the future. Bringing innovations into implementation: you are developing our Digital Enabling Portfolio strategically, responsible for operational implementation and controlling challenging programs as well as projects related to forward-looking digital supply, performance delegation and intelligent patient control. Connecting and maintaining networks: You are continuously expanding your own specialist network and are committed to events and specialist congresses. Together You lead and inspire a team of 15 dedicated employees in the pioneering topics “New forms of supply and third-party funding/supply projects”, “Digital Health and Telematics Infrastructure” and “Digitalization consulting and showroom practice 4 Future’.

Funded basis: A successfully completed university study of economic, health, utility or natural sciences, Digital Health or a comparable subject. Experience that moves: Multiannual professional and leadership experience – ideally in the ecosystem of health care, advice or industry. Courage to New: Disruptive thinking, pronounced self-initiative and the joy of working in complex themes, permeating complex questions and developing pragmatic solutions. Sovereign occurrence: A strong communication personality with a structured, independent working style as well as the necessary loadability and serenity in dynamic situations. Strategic strength: Embossed consulting skills and an analytical working method, coupled with a clear focus on the operational and successful implementation of concepts. Proofable project successes: Funded project management skills that you can demonstrate through successfully realized projects with direct reference to this tender in the last three years as well as through recognized further education (such as Scrum, Prince2, Design Thinking). Flexibility: The willingness to travel within the district of the KV North Rhine and the federal territory.
