You immerse themselves in the diverse world of taxes and actively contribute to the further development of tax processes. You support the creation and optimization of financial tax guidelines and regulations. You connect with internal and external contacts and gain valuable experiences in exchange with relevant stakeholders. You gain insights into financial management, their impact and support in analyses, reporting and financial issues. As part of your trainee program, you run targeted training and hospitation phases, develop your expertise systematically and develop step by step to the tax expert or to the tax expert.

You have a completed (special) university degree (Master) of Business Administration, Tax Teaching, Economic Law, Financial Sciences or a comparable degree course. You have a strong interest in tax issues and business relations and want to develop specifically as an expert in tax and financial management. You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented approach. You have fun working on new topics and developing your expertise continuously and independently. You can communicate clearly and work with different contact persons.
