We are looking for a dedicated and experienced personality as a Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d) at the next possible time for our staff department data protection and information security. In this responsible role, you make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in Concordia. As part of a strategic realignment, you work closely with the data protection officer, the information security officer and the ICT risk control function. In addition, you can actively contribute your expertise to key projects such as the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Construction, implementation, care and further development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Analysis to Identify Critical Business Processes and Dependencies Development, maintenance and follow-up of emergency plans in close cooperation with the departments Planning, organisation and implementation of emergency exercises and training measures including documentation and evaluation Qualified consultation of all organisational units of the Concordia Group in questions of the BCM Regular assessment of the effectiveness of BCMS and development of a reporting system for BCM status

Complete studies (e.g. economics, business informatics, security management) or comparable qualification Knowledge and practical experience in BCM and ideally in crisis and emergency management or risk management Experience with relevant standards (e.g. BSI 200-4, ISO 22301), ideally certified by appropriate trainings or certificates Affinity for regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA) and a good understanding of IT and business processes Knowledge of data protection and information security is desirable
