With many specialist and auxiliary staff, we produce and market our frozen premium baked goods at our only company location in Fürth, and that has been at a high level for over 30 years. Strategic and operational management of production and packaging departments (with around 510 employees) Professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility as well as the further development of your team Ensuring and optimising production processes taking into account legal and internal regulations, in particular in the areas of occupational safety, quality, hygiene, human resources management and cost-effectiveness Ensuring the timely and economical production of the entire range range Monitoring and continuous optimization of all production processes and processes in multilayer operation Implementation of corporate policy and philosophy Independent planning and implementation of technical or organizational projects Cross-departmental communication: With a good understanding of the requirements of different departments and teams, you take over the role of the mediator and quickly establish an internal network Regular reporting to management

Successfully completed vocational training for the baker and/or confectioner with further training as a technician in the field of food technology, ideally with the focus on bakery technology Multiannual professional experience in appropriate position ideally in a production company with shiftwork detectable experience in the motivation-oriented management of employees Impressed management personality with decision-making strength and organisational ability Hands-on mentality High level of entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation/result orientation Communication skills, social competence, flexibility and stress resistance Careful, structured and independent operation German knowledge and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office programs
