Development of documentation for the timely application of new and re-certifications by authorities / companies Preparation and participation in the implementation of regulatory and client audits at MTU Ludwigsfelde Implementation of authorisations for operational service providers, suppliers and partners and their assessment Preparation, implementation and evaluation of internal and external audits as well as the terminological follow-up of the accounting and preventive measures Review and incorporation (air) legal requirements in the internal quality management system Systematic evaluation and interpretation of regulatory requirements, newsletters and legal publications and implementation of follow-up measures Revision and updating of QM manuals, work instructions and QM relevant documentation Participation in Q circles including the development of quality reports and quality statistics Investigation of events with the preparation of the corresponding reports Participation in the introduction of new projects and improvement initiatives Examination of quality assurance contracts and the development of corresponding agreements Development of training materials and training Implementation of self-audits for operating service providers Exchange of experiences and best practices with auditors from other MTU locations

Complete engineering or economic engineering studies (Bachelor or Master) Multiannual relevant activity in quality management Very good knowledge of the application of quality methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D) Complete auditor training and experience in conducting audits Knowledge of international air law (EASA, FAA, CAAC and the like) Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN91xx standards Very good English skills Use and implementation of digital solutions to optimize workflows Self-responsible, systematic and cooperative operation Serious and competent appearance towards customers: inside and outside
