Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Processing and decision of exemptions and permits according to StVO Legal examination of applications, hearings and contradictions Evaluation and analysis of accident events on federal motorways Detection, evaluation and documentation of accident accumulation points Development of measures to improve road safety Organisation, pre- and post-processing and participation in meetings of the Transport Commission

Complete training in administrative or commercial matters or comparable qualifications Experience in the processing of legal or administrative processes Safe handling of MS Office and digital management systems Driving licence Class B and readiness to carry service vehicles Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) That would be desirable: Knowledge of relevant legal bases (e.g. StVO, StVG, VwVfG, RSA, RAA) Experience in accident analysis, traffic safety or administrative work Experience in protocol management and organisation of meetings Confidence with statistics or evaluation tools Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence High resilience, determination and readiness Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement

The recognition of the level of remuneration is determined according to the individual working experience. .
