The State Building Management of South Lower Saxony carries out construction measures of the country and the federal state as one of seven state construction offices in Lower Saxony. With around 130 employees, we provide more than 1,800 buildings in the south of Lower Saxony.

Priority construction maintenance work for properties of the federal or state Project management/cooperation in construction measures of the federal or state Planning, tendering, construction management and billing of construction services Control and support of special professionals Technical advice and coordination with the contracting entities Participation in contract discussions

A completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH, Bachelor) Architecture or Civil Engineering, Department of Building/Construction Management/Construction, or a comparable degree course at a university Mind. 2 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of structural measures Alternatively, you have completed university studies (Dipl.‐Ing. [FH] / Bachelor) in a comparable building planning or project management-oriented study direction. In this case, please provide at least three years of practical experience in the development of construction projects of LPH 5 – 9. Organisational and coordination capability, enforcing ability, economic understanding, joy in constructive and interdisciplinary teamwork, independence, commitment and responsibility Safe appearance and pronounced oral and written argumentation Safe handling of MS Office applications Ready to work on SBN's specialist software (including HHV Bau, I‐Two, PDF‐XChange Editor) Knowledge of subject-related administrative and legal provisions (including VOB, NBauO) Knowledge of the HOAI, the procurement manual and experience in building for the public are of advantage knowledge of the German language at least of stage C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference.
