As a competent Sparring Partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you advise our specialist areas and HR Business Partners comprehensively on all questions regarding remuneration and personnel costs. You actively participate in the planning and creation of the staff budget and in the implementation of the annual salary process. You'll start meaningful HR reports, perform deviation analyses and develop sound HR-Forecasts. The creation of ad hoc reporting and the professional processing of relevant data and documents are in your hands. As a central player in the HR controller, you will significantly develop your future. This includes the responsibility for personnel cost management as well as the entire reporting, from visualization and digitalization to data management and processing.

Funded economic training: You will bring a completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/industry businesswoman, merchant/industrywoman for office management with relevant training) or a study (e.g. BWL, economic engineering, business informatics or comparable studies with a focus on finance, controlling or personnel). Multiannual professional experience: You have well-founded practical experience in the (HR)controlling and are well familiar with the requirements of this area. Analytical skills: Your strong numerical affinity, precise working methods and your analytical thinking skills are what distinguishes you. IT-Affinity & language skills: You are IT affinity, master Microsoft Excel at an excellent level and have very good English skills. Soft Skills: You convince by service orientation, flexibility in terms of the task and a high level of readiness for performance and learning. Operation & Communication: An independent, structured way of working and a pronounced communication strength complete your profile.
