You are 100 % integrated into our team and supports the management of broker distribution South independently in the daily business. The Sach-Maklervertrieb Süd department is responsible for the support of 6,500 insurance brokers in three locations (Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart). In addition, our Concept & Digital unit focuses on the partnership with nationally based broker pools. You will complete your internship at the South brokerage agency - an agile and varied working environment.

In addition, you benefit from insights into the WoMen@Allianz network, which is led by the director and comprises over 2,000 members within the Allianz Group.

You work closely with the management and are at the forefront of strategic topics You support the content preparation and preparation appointments You create management presentations and decision-making templates, conduct analyses and promote the further development of important projects with You support the planning of workshops, structure meetings and keep the threads in your hands when communicating with the leading brokerage sites You support daily business and take over administrative tasks You get insights into a highly professional sales environment with strong network ideas

Bachelor (advanced) or Master's degree Senior Consultant (m/w/d) lust for a role in which creativity meets strategy - and theory meets real practice Structured, independent work and initiative Very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as safe English knowledge Security in dealing with PowerPoint, Excel & MS Teams Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
