Leadership and further development of the team in quality assurance (> 5 MA) Ensuring product quality in the ongoing manufacturing process and ensuring efficient QS processes Active cooperation with manufacturing, purchasing, sales and management to continuously improve quality processes You create a trusted cooperation between quality assurance, production and the adjacent areas and promote an open, solution-oriented communication culture Support and further development of your employees through a clear, value-adding and practical guidance Analysis and interpretation of complex measurement results and evaluation of deviations and their causes Participation in the creation, optimization and further development of test plans, testing strategies and quality standards Treatment of complaints and introduction and follow-up of sustainable correction and improvement measures Identification of optimization potentials and active participation of improvement projects within production and quality assurance Operational leadership in the daily business

(m/w/d), engineer, master (m/w/d) or completed technical studies Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance, quality testing or comparable technical function Understanding manufacturing processes and measuring and testing methods Safe handling of common measuring instruments and the ability to analyse, interpret and detect measurement results Technical understanding of drawings, test plans and relationships between manufacturing process and component quality You already have leadership experience as a team or department manager or as an experienced technical specialist you want to take the next step into a leadership position You understand themselves as leaders who make clear decisions, take responsibility and develop their employees at eye level Communication strength, enforcement ability and a structured and solution-oriented way of working out A high quality awareness, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in cross-departmental cooperation complete your profile
