As Head of Free Professions, you support your Head of Division in expanding the new business field. You are also responsible for the customer-oriented implementation of the banking strategy and the business policy objectives of your sales unit. Their focus is on developing individual solutions for freelance customers, supported by personal advice and active acquisition. You know the specific needs of these customers and work to meet them while building an excellent network and representing BBBank’s brand values.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Development of strategies for developing new customer potentials in the target group of freelance customers Analysis of market trends to identify and use new customer potentials Regional team development to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction Active participation in the development of new products and services in the field of the nationwide offer for freelancers and self-employed persons Potential-oriented raising of growth opportunities in your customer portfolio and your responsible business area

Successfully completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) and continuing training based on it (bank specialist, bank manager's degree or comparable degree) Multiannual leadership experience as well as experience in consulting freelance customers (e.g. as a branch director (m/w/d), branch manager (m/w/d), business manager (m/w/d) or comparable) High customer orientation and readiness Strong sales orientation with adequate risk awareness with the aim of creating positive customer experiences
