You identify and implement efficient and brand-friendly recruiting processes, instruments and systems and continuously develop them. Growth, new locations, large orders – if we are quickly looking for entire teams and many new employees, you will now know the right personal marketing mix and start targeted campaigns in close cooperation with the leaders of the areas. With security, personal touch and individual address, you actively address candidates on the digital business platforms and advertise for us and our activities. Competence-based interview techniques and modern selection methods, the creation of a talent pool – our projects and special topics offer you space for responsibility and design. You are an experienced leader, motivate your team and drive results forward.

Complete studies (e.g. economics, social sciences, economic psychology with a focus on staff) or a comparable qualification Experience in managing a recruiting team and leadership personality Safe handling of modern recruiting methods and tools, electronic media, social media and relevant networks Experience in implementing and using AI-based recruiting solutions (e.g. automation, matching, chatbots or data analysis) Structured working, very well organised and self-employed Proactive with strong team and communication skills
