You are involved in the design and further development of our complaint management by actively shaping processes and adapting them to new requirements. You support the respondent:inside by coordinating complex complaints, supporting responses and ensuring transparent communication. In your role, you tax the entire complaint workflow including Analysis of patterns and vulnerabilities to detect early action needs. You will start complaint reports and sound reports for the Executive Board and the annual complaint report to the BaFin. Our service standards check and optimize you continuously, which means that you contribute significantly to the quality assurance of complaint processing. You pass on your knowledge and support our colleagues in dealing with complaints.

You have completed vocational training with a focus on banks or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring experience in sales or service in banking and know the corresponding processes. Your high customer orientation distinguishes you as well as your communication strength. You have a strong problem-solving and analytical skills and always keeps customer satisfaction in mind.
