Our IT division is divided into the strategic and operational departments support, system management, development & projects. With more than 40 colleagues*, we operate a complex IT infrastructure and support the company through innovative solutions and software developments. We are involved in small, medium and large strategic projects of various disciplines, such as the supply chain management or the controlling.

The IT applications team is responsible for the smooth operation, the further development and support of our company-wide application systems. We ensure that our departments can work with stable, efficient and modern software solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated application manager who has fun to take responsibility and actively shape our IT landscape.

Support, administration and continuous development of the company-wide application landscape (including ERP, DMS and special applications) Analysis and troubleshooting as well as second-level support for our departments Support for software updates, rollouts and system optimizations Recording, evaluating and implementing requirements from the departments Control and coordination of external service providers and close cooperation with software manufacturers Creation of documentation and implementation of user training Participation in IT projects for digitization and process optimization

Completed training or study in the IT field or comparable qualification Experience in support of application systems or IT support Good knowledge in SQL, interfaces (e.g. API, EDI) or data analysis desirable Analytical thinkability and a structured, independent working Embossed service orientation and joy in communication with users Team spirit, initiative and motivation to work on new topics
