You work with internal project teams and as a project team member you take on the expertise for your field In the selection and contracting of freelance services, you cooperate and are responsible for the planning performance or partial planning performance according to HOAI incl. Planning and preparation of feasibility studies They are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies They work closely with project participants and support department management through practical advice They carry out the planning, procurement, control and accounting of construction services

They have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) preferably in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical engineering Further requirements: Ideally, you have a multi-year professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the field of civil engineering They bring safe knowledge to the common Microsoft Office products A team-oriented personality with enforcing strength and strong customer orientation distinguishes you You have the ability and willingness to manage a service car They bring the willingness to check the safety in accordance with the safety review law NRW, if an application in safety-relevant areas e.g. the police or the judiciary They provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
