As Manager of Operational Resilience / DORA (m/w/d), you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous optimization of a structured control plan for evaluating (digital) operational resilience (DOR control function). To this end, check and monitor all measures for the production and maintenance of digital operational resilience according to DORA – in addition, maintain and improve You have overarching requirements such as the DOR strategy or the DOR framework. To display or control the operational resilience, design and regularly create both management reports and KPI dashboards. In addition, you will assist the specialist departments in all questions and will support the implementation of regulatory requirements as a control entity.
