Professional leadership, coordination and evaluation of employees in the team Implementation of all development services according to the development and project manual Concept creation for overall systems and their assemblies Assessment of specific requirements regarding technical feasibility Coordination/creation of specifications to ensure functional system requirements Conducting technical votes (external / internal) Development of management plans and schedules Integration of subcontractors Development/coordination of work packages for the production of bulk structures and their testing Reporting to the Head of Division Cooperation in the field of change appointment, capacity and budget control at team level Conducting regular team meetings

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, aerospace or comparable Multiannual professional experience in managing project teams in development Analytical and overall system engineering thinking Knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Doors, Confluence, Tool2Plan, MS Office and JIRA Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Outstanding sense of responsibility and social competence Very good communication skills, empathy and ability to conduct conflict resolution Standing for occasional national and international missions
