After a qualified incorporation, you will take over your own sales area. You develop sales concepts and identify new customer potentials with your good sales sense. At home and company visits, give the BARMER a personal face. With your open being you can inspire others and win new customers for the BARMER. As part of an active networking work, BARMER will represent partners in the economy, society and politics, generating new customer recommendations.

They have completed professional training or similar training. You have a lot of pleasure in active customer acquisition and you can already have first sales experience. Through your good communication skills and fingertip feeling, you can quickly build confidence in insured persons and are thus able to win and inspire them for a topic. In your work, you are always focused on personal contact and bring the necessary mobility in your region. The ability to address our customers directly and specifically to your needs, as well as the willingness and endurance to also lead complex issues to the sales success, are characterized. You can easily measure your successes. With German knowledge on at least C1 level, you communicate safely and professionally in a German-speaking working environment.
