In your role, you have an active interface function for both internal positions such as supervisors, factory physicians and other relevant actors as well as external partners. You develop training programmes to raise awareness among employees and managers on the topic of business integration management. The development of long-term BGM strategies that meet the individual requirements of the company and the employees, as well as ensuring the integration of BGM into the overall strategy of the company are your tasks. You collect and analyze health data for identifying trends and risk factors and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of BGM measures and, on this basis, regularly develop the effectiveness of the implemented measures. You conduct and tax HR projects from conception to successful implementation, in particular in the field of occupational health promotion, in close cooperation with operators such as works councils, heavy-handed representatives, industrial safety/security professionals, factory physicians and executives.

You have a degree or comparable qualification in the field of health or human resources management, psychology or a comparable discipline. With your versatile professional experience in the active implementation of the company's integration management and in the strategic design and conception in the company's health management, you are perfectly qualified. Your knowledge of the relevant legal framework in occupational health management as well as experience in dealing with employee representations and the associated stakeholder management are detectable and you keep a cool head even in stressful times.
