Active participation in the day-to-day operations of personnel management is one of your tasks. You support the personnel and recruiters in the field of applicant management as well as in personal-specific projects. Furthermore, the acquisition of applications in the applicant management system and the implementation of the candidate correspondence are part of your tasks. You carry out the selection process for interns and student students in cooperation with various specialist departments. In addition, you coordinate interviews. You are contact person for telephone and written applicant requests.

You are currently studying business management or human resources management or a comparable degree course with the focus on personnel or Labour law. First practical experience through prior training or through internships/work students activities are desirable. Flexibility, sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working characterise you personally. You also have a pronounced organizational and communication skills. A secure handling of MS Office products complete your profile.
