You take control of the ITIL processes Change, Service Asset & Configuration as well as Release Management for all IT and develop independent training for the relevant processes. You organize the tactical service provider control and internal service review meetings to ensure the proper operation. You control task forces at Prio 1 & 2 disorders and are responsible for quality improvement, KPI reporting and service level management. You are responsible for taxing projects in the field of service management and with your expertise you support both specialist and other IT projects. You take over the cross-departmental coordination of central IT audits and control the communication between auditor and IT. You develop and implement strategies to integrate agile methods (e.g. Scrum, DevOps) into existing ITIL processes and establish corresponding interfaces and transfer points between agile teams and ITIL processors. You actively participate in the further development and governance of our ServiceNow solution and ensure that the relevant ITIL processes are optimally used and improved.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training Multiannual professional practice in service management and experience in service management and SLA monitoring Ability to keep an overview in critical situations and keep all threads in hand as a central contact person Safe handling of common project and service management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL v3/v4) and agile methods Safe appearance and presentation skills, in particular in the form of training or presentations before larger audiences Ideally experience with ServiceNow, especially in ITSM, CMDB and process imaging ServiceNow ITOM knowledge is desirable, in particular in terms of discovery and service mapping, as well as an understanding of the use of these functions to support incident, change and problem management processes.
