They inspire customers with professional care and advice With you the threads run together: They form the interface to the adjacent departments (production planning, pricing, accounting), the sales service and sales partners (external sales representatives) For orders in the EU and for export applications, they ensure a timely, cost-optimal and service-oriented execution and always have an eye for optimization potentials They shall ensure that the customs, tax and export control provisions are complied with at any time. Tracing and handling of sales contracts They ensure a smooth running of delivery dates As part of the complaint management, you will find a satisfactory solution for each customer's presence In addition, pay attention to the financial aspects of export, such as debt loss insurance and accreditation transactions
