This includes the definition of accounting methods, the introduction of new accounting standards, the support of subsidiaries in accounting issues, the cooperation and design options for corporate projects such as M&A projects, the creation of the corporate appendix and the participation in the group-wide production of the Group's annual report. You significantly shape our IFRS financial reporting, strengthen transparency and quality in the consolidated financial statements and ensure that we meet capital market-relevant requirements in a sovereign and consistent manner. Your tasks include the processing of accounting policy issues in accordance with the rules of IFRS, including the relevant implications for local accounting. The introduction of new accounting standards including possibly necessary reporting structures is also one of your activities. Your tasks in the team include the creation of the Group Attachment according to IFRS as well as the cooperation in the team-wide process for preparing the Annual Report, including ESEF Reporting. You take up proactive accounting topics and conduct intensive communication with the Group's functional departments and the segments. You work closely with Controlling, Tax and Legal Department, IT and other interfaces. You are actively working on special projects such as M&A transactions, IT implementations and the harmonisation of accounting processes, taking on professional responsibility. In addition, you will take the independent coordination and communication to the auditors, including the documentation activities.

You have a successfully completed study ideally with a focus on accounting, audit or finance. You have relevant professional experience over several years – at best in an auditing company or in a comparable function in the consolidated accounting system of a listed company. You have comprehensive knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards, HGB as well as in the fields of annual accounts, balance sheet analysis, auditing and external reporting. In addition, you will bring deeper special knowledge in at least two areas with increased complexity (e.g., lease accounting, financial instruments, repentance recognition, capital flow accounting, impairment testing etc.). You control the safe handling of Disclosure Management software, ERP systems and all common office applications. You work structured, analytical and independent – with high initiative, flexibility and strong team and collaborative capability. Also in English you have very good communication skills.
