You can do this with us: As an object manager/object manager (w/m/d) in the technical facility management, you run your team and are contact persons for our customers on site and are responsible for the economic and technical leadership. These include:

• Total responsibility for the technical FM services in your customer objects
• Management and deployment planning of the technical team on site
• Coordination and control of maintenance, maintenance and testing
• Quality assurance and compliance with legal regulations
• Control and monitoring of foreign companies
• Customer communication and regular reporting
• Budget and cost responsibility incl. Offer creation
• Support for tenders and project developments

We wish you:

• Multiannual professional experience in building technology in the fields of electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation
• Ideally successful completion to the master, state-tested technicians or specialist (w/m/d) of the departments Building Technology, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, HKLS or Facility Management
• Experience in an equivalent position desirable
• Perspective and solution-oriented work
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Class B driving license
