Description

• Responsibility: As part of our dynamic product management team for screwdriving, you take responsibility for an exciting area of the Bosch Rexroth portfolio.
• Various tasks: Your tasks are diverse - you are analysing and prioritizing requirements from different country organisations and implement them in cooperation with our development partners.
• Central interface: In a cross-functional team, you act as a central interface between development, sales and management and actively supports the further development of our business area.
• Portfolio design: You not only shape ongoing, but also planned portfolio measures of the Business Unit and Regions. You know the strategic and financial influences and develop sound recommendations for action.
• Product implementation: You accompany our products throughout the life cycle and develop creative marketing concepts for the market launch of new products.

Qualifications

• Personality: You bring a high degree of customer orientation and always have a clear look at what your customers need. Your ability to think strategically, paired with your result-oriented approach, will distinguish you.
• Working method: You work independently and structured, go up to new tasks with a lot of curiosity and want to unlock things and implement them successfully. You proactively drive projects and find convincing and pragmatic solutions. You communicate safely and competently both internally and externally.
• Experience and know-how: You have several years of professional experience as a product manager:in or in a comparable function. Previous knowledge in the field of screwdriving and its markets are advantageous. You have a safe handling of office applications and a high affinity for technology in general, especially for hardware and software.
• Education: You have a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Language knowledge: flowing German and English in word and writing.
