As a case manager*in for the target group of young people and young adults, you advise and accompany them with the aim of vocational training. You create a potential analysis and plan professional promotions as well as qualifications. The development of cooperation plans with clients and the granting of integration services under the SGB II are also your tasks. You maintain the data in our specialist software, document consultations, support the search for training offers and the creation of application documents. Their activities also include cooperation with internal and external partners, youth centres and employers to proactively control early activation and thus enable effective integration into the training market. Completed study of the General Administration or a comparable degree of study within public administration, social work, social law or social security, inclusion, administration or Completion of vocational training and qualification in the technical, commercial or social field and at least two years of experience in counselling unemployed and job-seekers Good knowledge in the field of social legislation (in particular I, II, III and X) Knowledge of vocational education We wish: Ability to support, support and advise people in distressing situations Ability to communicate legally complex facts in a citizen-friendly and precise manner and to present them in writing Ability to work targeted at increased workloads and make decisions and adjust to changing situations readiness for external service at flexible times Possible good knowledge of English Ownership of class B licence and willingness to use private cars for service purposes against reimbursement of costs
