For our customers, a modern clinic in Munich, we are looking for a motivated medical specialist / MFA (m/w/d) as a deputy team management in the patient's reception, which together with the team management leads a team, medically and actively contributes to processes. Your task area Deputy Leadership: Together with the team management, you will lead a team of around 25 employees and trainees in stationary and administrative patient intake Medical activities: take over blood collections, EKG-strain and control of vital parameters Patient recording and documentation: You take up stationary, pre-stationary and emergency patients, ensure complete documentation and keep the contract in mind Process design: You actively shape the processes in patient intake and develop them further Project support: You keep their backs free and actively support projects Your profile (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Training: (m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d) is an advantage, but no requirement Leadership experience: First experience in managing or coordinating a team is desirable, but no requirement Experience: Experience in patient intake or a clinical environment is beneficial Working: Structured, responsible and with a good view for processes We offer you Unlimited employment contract: Long-term occupational safety and perspective Working time: Full time, 38.5 hours, Monday to Friday, no weekends/night/feeting services Remuneration: 3,500 to 4,000 € gross monthly 13th salary: Christmas money Holiday: 30 days a year Introduction: Structured onboarding by the team management that will guide you to your guide role Health: Private health insurance and sports You want to change?
