Fleet Management Employee (m/f/d)

Car park management of the white fleet of the outside office, ensuring operational and traffic safety Monitoring of maintenance and safety checks intervals Coordination and organisation of workshop appointments (for inspections, maintenance, HU, AU, UVV, repairs, etc.) including related commercial processing in SAP vehicle maintenance and regular vehicle controls (sight check, control of liquids etc.) and performance of corresponding maintenance work Daily vehicle disposition for the external site including associated locations Instruction of employees in (new) vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles Travel services (person transport and courier and transport) for the office

Complete training preferably in the field of motor vehicle, commercial vehicle or agricultural machinery or a comparable qualification or similar or equivalent suitability acquired by professional experience Experience in administrative or commercial areas, such as procurement, fleet management Good knowledge of Office programs (including Word, Excel) and ideally SAP knowledge Good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence, including multiannual driving practice, and no registrations in the driving register of the Federal Agency

Group of charges: E6 The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group. The individual determination of the fee level depends on the requirements of the MTV motorway.
