Head of Accounting (m/w/d)

Our client is a grounded, family-run construction company with around 50 employees, which has been working successfully in commercial construction projects for two generations. The company stands for flat hierarchies, fast decision-making and open, direct communication - everybody is packing up!

In the course of a succession, we are exclusively looking for a line of accounting (m/w/d) in an indefinite direct setting. They assume all responsibility for accounting - with a focus on accounting, quarterly and annual accounts as well as controlling. They work closely with the management and have the opportunity to actively shape and optimize processes.

Creation of quarterly and annual accounts incl. GuV and balance sheet Monitoring and control of payment transactions including liquidity planning Plant accounting and inventory Accounting, Controlling and Reporting for Management Contact person for tax advisors, auditors and banks Working with projects and further development of the department

Completed commercial training or business studies Continuing training on financial or accounting (or the willingness to develop) At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally middle and/or construction Experience with goods management and accounting systems (e.g. DATEV, Lexware) Safe handling of MS Office Independent, careful working and a pinch of humor for the company's everyday life
