Your choices are key to advancing your projects: As project manager, you are responsible for the project management of construction projects at railway stations and traffic stations You control your projects through the HOAI performance phases and are responsible for compliance with the approved cost, deadline and quality framework, as well as the corresponding laws and regulations Take over responsibility for the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services, as well as the professional supervision of the provision of services by internal and external service providers: As a driver: in your projects, you can keep track of project monitoring and risk management at any time, set clear priorities and initiate counter-control measures to ensure project success if required. As a central contact person, you coordinate all project participants and ensure a close, solution-oriented vote across all project phases

Your profile:

You have a degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable qualification You have already gained first experience in planning and project management of construction projects and have good knowledge of cost and time management Procurement and award processes are also known to you as the applicable legal regulations, e.g. VOB, VOL, HOAI and SektVO It would be desirable if you can safely manage the handling of digital tools (in particular iTWO, MS Project and MSOffice as well as ThinkProject). As an interface expert, you can integrate and control project participants and stakeholders with negotiation skills in a result-oriented manner.
