During your training, you will acquire sound knowledge in the various fields of an IT service provider and learn how complex IT systems including all hardware and software components are planned, installed and configured. From the outset, we include you in the support to help users with IT problems. In doing so, you support your colleagues in the Service Desk and on-site support with various customers in Cologne and the surrounding area as well as in the System Engineering in the field of IT operations with questions about IT. You will learn the systematic error limitation and troubleshooting when IT stands. During the course of the training, we are increasingly familiar with the project planning both at client server level and in the network infrastructure area. In addition, we provide you with important commercial knowledge for IT services projects and make you fit for the final exam before the IHK.

You have a good school degree (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) and are passionate about new technologies as well as contact with people. You are communicative and can express yourself in German and English well in writing as oral. First knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as basic knowledge about hard- and software and networks are already brought with you from school, an internship or through private engagement. We'll teach you the rest. We are looking for trainees who work independently and actively in our teams, are reliable and have fun at IT.
