What to Expect: You develop and orchestrate people, culture and organization agenda and roadmap. In addition, you define and steer frameworks and initiatives. You manage and execute complex transformation or reorganization projects to increase business efficiency and achieve our corporate strategy. You manage in your team the interface with the global Vodafone Learning Organisation and develop and implement an aligned learning, talent, leadership, performance, and skill strategy for the German market according to our business strategy.
