As an important part of our team, you have two customers: You bring the different areas of the ISS world together with interested candidates (m/w/d) You coordinate the job interviews and are often the first respondent for candidates (m/w/d) You learn to work independently with our applicant management system You can support the recruiting team in other exciting projects where you can learn a lot and take it for your further path.

You are currently completing your university studies, e.g. in the field of economics or social sciences, pedagogy, psychology or comparable You could already gain first experience in recruiting in the form of internships or other student activities You want to work flexibly up to a maximum of 20 hours a week You are reliable, team-ready and bring an independent working You also like to work analytically and have first knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel
