(debate group 11 public service collective agreement (TVöD); 39 hours a week) to be fixed for two years.

Participation in the creation of the structural property development concepts, in particular the creation of requirements-based documents such as space requirements plans and space books Creation of performance directories for structural-technical adjustments Implementation of structural and technical decreases Creation of relocation plans of laboratory facilities

Participation in the awarding, control and quality assurance of planning and construction services, in particular: acquisition and incorporation of contributions from external and internal project participants in cost estimates, building and cost documents, as well as expert opinions on building measures with complex difficulty Participation in the selection and commissioning of contract architects and contract engineers as well as support for the freelance workers in the performance phases 6–8 HOAI Responsible planning and control of qualities, costs and appointments in the performance phases 6–9 HOAI Examination of fees of contract architects and contract engineers Participation in technical advances and handover negotiations of completed construction measures Initiation and implementation of construction visits after construction transfer and before expiry of warranty periods Responsible acceptance and monitoring of the claims for defects of the company services Creating opinions on audit reports from the Federal Audit Court

Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical engineering Experience in the project management for construction maintenance and construction projects with a high degree of difficulty Experience in the coordination of professional participants, in the technical advice of providers, users or contractors with a view to the economic use of investment funds In addition, desired: Knowledge and experience in the field of infrastructure or in public construction Foreign language knowledge in English with a performance level that corresponds at least to the language level B1 of the common European reference framework Knowledge in handling SASPF, CAD software and Microsoft Office High performance and durability High level of team spirit as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working Digital competence
